100% Satisfaction Guarantee
Fresh Air Screens® offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products offered through our website freshairscreens.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your screen, please return it for a refund or exchange for another product.
Standard One (1) Year Warranty
Fresh Air Screens® warrants all screen products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage includes nylon screen material, mounting hardware and heavy duty zippers. Return shipping expenses for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer. Warranty claims must include a copy of the purchase receipt. Claims are replaced or repaired at Fresh Air Screens®' discretion. All returned screens must be clean or warranty may not be honored.
Extended Three (3) Year Warranty
The three (3) year extended warranty extends the standard one year warranty coverage on all Fresh Air Screens® screen products to three years. The same standard one year warranty conditions apply.
Heavy Duty Five (5) Year Warranty
The heavy duty five (5) year warranty is only available with the purchase of a Heavy Duty Screen. Standard screens are not eligible for the heavy duty five year warranty unless the Heavy Duty screen material option is purchased. All screens taller than 12 ft in height must be a heavy duty screen or no warranty coverage is available.
Warranty Exclusions
- Screens damaged by a sharp object.
- Screens damaged by a vehicle.
- Screens damaged by forced entry.
- Screens damaged by aggressive animals.
- Hook and Loop material.*
