Fresh Air Screens, Inc. does not condone the use of the Fresh Air Screen®, for any other purpose or structure listed above. Any usage outside of this agreement voids the Manufacturing Warranty, and Fresh Air Screens, Inc. will not be held liable for any damage to the structure, person, or any other property incurred from misuse.

Our screens are not designed to be a security wall and will not prevent children, adults, or aggressive animals from getting in or out of the enclosed area.

Standard One (1) Year Manufacturer's Warranty
Fresh Air Screens, Inc. warrants all screen products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage includes nylon screen material, mounting hardware and heavy-duty zippers. Return shipping expenses for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer. Warranty claims must include a copy of the purchase receipt. Claims are replaced or repaired at Fresh Air Screens, Inc.’s discretion. All returned screens must be clean and free of debris, or warranty may not be honored.

Screens damaged by a vehicle.
Screens damaged by forced entry.
Screens damaged by aggressive animals.

Customizations and alterations
Fresh Air Screens, Inc. offers FREE Standard Ground Shipping on all products ordered directly through our website. Free Shipping offer is only available for orders shipped in the continental United States and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays, in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET will not be processed until the next day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
Standard Ground Shipping
Standard orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days to be delivered within 3-5 business days from the Order Date.
Standard Orders destined for International and U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 days of the order’s ship dates.

Fresh Air Screens, Inc. is committed to customer satisfaction. Products may be returned or exchanged up to 14 days*. If the product(s) are returned within 14 days, they must be in the condition received and in original box and/or packaging with a copy of the receipt. We guarantee quality satisfaction; therefore, all screens have a 1-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects*.

*We cannot take responsibility for custom print typos. Due to the product's nature, returns on custom printed garage door screens are only accepted based on manufacturer fault. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Fresh Air Screens, Inc. is committed to customer satisfaction. Screen products may qualify for a repair service, if a return is not in the customer’s best interest. Repair service options may be available for screens with or without a warranty. Fresh Air Screens, Inc. reserves the right to approve or deny repairs at their discretion, based on the effectiveness of the repair versus the expense to the customer. If a repair is not the most effective solution for the customer, then a replacement option may be provided.
Repairs under warranty.
Repair services that are covered under warranty (see Manufacturer’s Warranty for details) will be provided at no charge. Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. Follow the return Policy to ensure the screen is received quickly and correctly.
Repairs without Warranty.
Repair services that are not covered under warranty will be at the financial obligation of the customer. Expenses include shipping, materials and/or parts required for the repair, and the cost of labor. Follow the return policy to ensure the screen is handled and received correctly.
Replacement under warranty.
Replacement services that are covered under warranty (see Manufacturer’s Warranty for details) will be provided at no charge, only if a repair service is not available as an option. Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. The original screen and proof of purchase must be sent to Fresh Air Screens, Inc. before a new screen is sent to the customer. Follow the Return Policy to ensure the screen is received quickly and correctly.
Replacement without Warranty.
Replacements without Warranty will be considered and handled as a new order, and all associated policies apply accordingly.

Fresh Air Screens, Inc. is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 14 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs. After 14 days, the product is subject to the Manufacturer’s warranty. Some exceptions may apply.
It is the customer’s responsibility to return the product in the original packaging, with the proof of purchase within 14 days to qualify for a refund. Once the product is received, the refund will be processed to the same card used for the original purchase. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
